What User doesn't like about San Jose Original Joe's:
Food was pretty good. I felt the lasagna was lacking a bit of flavor but still really enjoyable. Huge portion with the price to go along with it. It's expensive! The ambiance is very retro. They have been around for a very long time with probably not many changes. Long waits on Saturday night for sure. View all feedback.

"This restaurant that has a homey and none pretentious attitude. The food is served hot, with good depth of flavor and texture. I had the Vietnamese beef stew and spring rolls both top notch. The owner Mary kindly saw high to customers and checks to see people are happy with their food. The thankfully is MSG free thankfully, as I am sensitive and get headaches. I did not experience and after eating here. Only side-effect was a full belly and happy heart.Interestingly the music and hanging art are mostly creations of the owners son as well. Definitely stop and try the Pho, Beef stew and spring rolls."
