We had a long layover and chose to eat at Sushi Boat. We ordered chicken Katsu, tempura, and udon seafood soup. The food was surprisingly good for being in the airport. The portions are large. They did a nice job for us. If ever we have enough time on a layover in San Jose we will be back.. View all feedback.
What Claire Sheek doesn't like about Sushi Boat:
A picture may say a thousand words, but my teriyaki salmon tasted like it was cooked on a chicken bone and drenched in watery sauce. The rice was not fully cooked and the salad was the saddest I have ever seen. View all feedback.
First. they are at the airport, so they are not looking for a Michelin Star experience. this is an alternative to chik fila, which is only rough.
Not bad for airport eating let alone sushi. they have packed a lot of sushi. I usually fear to get them, but I saw they repeat what.
Overall this is your destination for eating at sjc. delicious. fast. affordable. good service context: when I was from the south, I was of course serious.
Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian udon and sushi, including an avocado and cucumber combo roll that looked delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ample seating for wheelchair users and easy access to pay for your meal.
