We went on a Friday evening and restaurant was very quiet. Got very attentive and friendly service and the steak was wonderful, melt-in-the mouth meat. The waiter suggested that 'rare ' in Costa Rica is 'blue ', so I went with medium-rare which was cooked to same degree I would expect in UK. We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant and were very disappointed. We ordered 2 empanadas and the fried calamari. The pastry on the empanadas was very dense and tasteless. The breading on the calamari was extremely thick and the calamari rings were very over cooked and rubbery.
