I enjoyed the hotel location where I stayed here for 6 days. the hotel staff is not familiar with English and it is an English hotel. I asked for outside and they had no idea that they had no idea of ground English. several days the breakfast was not ready when it was open at 6 o'clock and was ready until 7 o'clock. room cleaning was 11 o'clock, then at 8 o'clock I was still lol. great location, but no American helpt...
