This is a family owned Husband and Wife team little eatery where the owner started out by serving his food to his friends. Very clean down to earth place in spite of the plastic tables and chairs you find in Costco. I think this type of food is equivalent to the American Casserole except they come in Clay pots. We each ordered different items, one beef, one chicken, one vegetarian. All initially tasted great, but the chicken made the person sick within four hours of eating the dish.
