Ok so I go here on the daily. They rarely mess up my order except 1 time they messed up the burger. I complained thru email and Lugo reached out asap and offered constantly to make it right. Look. When it comes to this location be prepared knowing that they will mess up your order and or you 'll have stuff missing in your bag if going through the drive-thru, make sure you have time and I mean a lot of time to spear cause most of the times the wait time outside is horrendous!
