"I just came back from our great dinner in marmalade. my partner is omni and ordered various things, but we were both very impressed by our meals. it is a five-course tasting menu for everyone and they offer at least one vegan option for each cursor. what is great is that the vegan options are inherently vegan, which means that they do not have to remove this and take something away from a dish. whenever restaurants do, I just feel like a second class client is shortened and that they do me like one. but here I felt welcome as a vegan. it felt like the cook really made an effort to design dishes that can actually enjoy vegans. he even personally brought an extra mushroom dish on our table and sent us every additional Gaumen-reiniger course! eating was complex and tasty from beginning to end, which unfortunately was never my experience in a non-vegan fine restaurants. the courses were good. the personal was friendly and professional. our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and could explain every dish in detail. the service was attentive without being intrusive. yes, it's a little futile, but really it's pretty reasonable to look at all the things and I thought it was worth every penny."

"Great service, good food. The participants did not arrive at the same time. 2-3 minutes between each serving, until our party of four was with complete ducks on the table. Halfway through our dinner, a birthday party was set up and they began to radiate music super loud. I spoke to our server, but neither they nor management solved the situation. We ate our excellent dishes calmly, as a conversation was no longer possible."

"My partner and I had a reservation for 8:30 PM. We arrived and immediately noticed the hostess let in a party without reservation. She checked us in and sent us to the top floor to be seated, only to find out two parties were waiting, and someone that looked like a manager or supervisor told us it was going to be 15 minutes. We stayed in the bar, and it was 9:00 pm, and a server gave our table away to another party who had just arrived. We called him out, and he sat us. For 35 minutes, we sat at a table overlooking Rubencafe, and not a single person went to our table or greeted us or offered us water. Servers were going to all the other tables to deliver their food and drinks, and we sat there for 35 minutes. We got up and left, and when I went downstairs, I spoke to a woman who said there wasn’t a manager and that they didn’t do anything for us. Even the people upstairs and downstairs said, ‘thank you for dining with us.’ I don’t recommend this ‘high price’ restaurant because service clearly isn’t their forte."

"Ok here we go again..... The greeters attitude was horrible. Her actions spoke these words.... It's a great thing I came to work today so we can serve you. This attitude is pretty consistent in San Juan. However, the server came to the rescue and pulled out all stops in accommodating us for the rest of our visit. I gave my liver a break and had water. My son on the other hand had a Moscow Mule and liked it. We both had their personal size and we each still took 4 slices. Definitely would recommend to all my friends."
