Monte Coxala is a hotel/Spa with a restaurant that has the best view of the Chapalasee. We stayed there for spa services (wonderful! and dinner, but not stay in the hotel because we live nearby. I had eaten several times in the restaurant before I read reviews, but I was surprised by the tepid reviews! We never had a bad meal there; yes, the service is slow, but this is México people it is not slower than many local... View all feedback.

Terrible customer service. The view is beautiful, but staying at the hotel was a terrible nightmare. The scorpions were in the rooms. Also the guest rooms have no door that separates the bathroom, there is no lack of privacy because there is. The rooms have no phone in case of emergency. View all feedback.
