"Walking through Miraflores I discovered this beautiful place. Staff is extremely well trained and very attentive without being annoying. Food is spectacular, a full menu or a buffet options are available. Great selection of wines and yummy deserts. Highly recommend!"

"S./127 mas s./15 tip. Incl: Inka y cerveza y un trago.Cansados y con hambre, qeriamos Chifa, pero hoy en dia son tan grasosos y "baratos" y salados. Al final, decidimos pagar mas, y comiamos como en sabrosas y generosas Chifas de antes.Hungry and tired, we wanted Chifa, but these days they are so greasy, "cheap" and salty. In the end we decided to pay a bit more, and at Wa Lok we ate like the flavorful and generous Chifas of yesteryear.Hasta los condimentos y mini piqueos de cortesia son de otro nivel. Esta bien en pareja, pero mejor vayan con familia o mas amigos en mesas redondas para compartir menus etc.Even the sauces/condiments (see foto of REAL aji de Chifa) and free tiny-snacks are of higher quality. It's ok for a couple, but the plates/menus are better if shared with 6 (or 16!) people in round tables. NOTE TO FOREIGNERS: Even if you think you dont like it, try a little bottle of Inka Cola with your Chifa, they DO combine!El arroz chaufa con pollo tenia facilmente 100g de tierna pechuga de pollo (si no mas!) a diferencia con Chifas Baratas con migas de pollo seco! Sui Kao, con su limoncito fuereon sobrerellenos con langostino y chancho (llego' mas rapido que los tragos!)The s./20 Arroz Chaufa con Pollo had easilly 100g if not more of tender chicken (versus micro-bits en "cheap Chifas"). The s./20 fried Sui Kao appetizer (use the fresh lemon sauce) were overstuffed with Shrimp and Pork (and arrived faster than our drinks!)Plato de Estrella: Sahofan Jugoso Con Pato (fideos anchos) no en la carta pero te lo hagan sin ningun roche. Pedi con todo verduras que hay, y extra holontao. Nada, pero nada tacano con presas de pato.Star Plate: "Sahofan Jugoso" con Pato (fat noodles with duck and lots of sauce) was not on menu, but no problem. Normally not served with so much veggie, but all I had to do was ask ("con todosss verduras, y muchos de ellos y bien jugosa"). Again, suuuper generous on the duck meat.Highly recommended. Dont expect MODERN fusion (go to Madam Tusan for that, and suffer thru their service while eating tasy food innovative food) - Wa Lok is HISTORIC Peruvian Chinese fusion. With luck, you get the happy "Ofelia" as waitress, but it is obvious they are all pros.Altamente recomendado. Perfecto y generoso. Uniqua queja es que YO no se como pedir los platos mas "complejos" de sabor. Para fusion moderno vete a Madam Tusan (y sufrir su servicio mientras que comas platos ricos!) Wa Lok es estilo fusion Peruano/Chino antiguo, y con buena calidad tan ausente en las Chifas tipicas.Con suerte te tocaria "Ofelia" como moza, atenta, amable y con actitude de asegurar que recibes precisamente que quieres - aunque verles serivir mesas de 12, es evidento que todos son professionales."

"They have a good selection of beer, but it seemed that over 25% of the taps were vacant. Some of the best lPA’s in Peru, good IBU’s and strong alcohol content. They have a crazy special for about 20 soles, a beer, hamburger and potatoes,...you can’t go wrong, and the hamburger is made with outstanding beef."
