The hype is real. Tried Cinco Taco Bar for take out, upon a friend 's recommendation and was not disappointed. The food taste definitely holds true to their website description which is, infusing old world recipes with a modern sensibility . If I could give zero stars, I would. Stood in line for 15 minutes for a sandwich, while all others get their food made and maintained. They saw my bread burned and put it on the side as if nothing. No excuse, no confirmation. Only two work, no wonder they don't have personnel. After 15 minutes. Fearable staff, terrible management. Maybe the owner should try to sit to see what's going on.
