I went through the drive-thru that night ?. The wait was long, fresh food and hot. Customer service was nice and friendly. I just didn't like strangers walking around the drive-thru who don't work there and aren't customers of their service either. Otherwise, everything great and they can't control everything. My first negative review! I know i shouldnt expect much from a taco bell, but it doesnt seem like they put effort into what they do. I bought a mexican pizza and two burritos today. I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me 3 packets.The mexican pizza was a waste of money (see pic). I'm not sure why the preparation of food is so bad here.
