The customer service of this place was such a negative surprise to me and my partner that it actually tainted the impression we had of true Italian Hospitality! The food was subpar at most. And most of all it took a ridiculous amount of time for us to be served, and when asked about the delay of the said food, we were treated very badly by the manager! me and my partner did not understand what he was saying in Italia...
