I just finished the three-day cleaning and was very impressed by the whole clean package. The green juice is very pale and easy to drink and contains the pulp/fiber that has to stir between sips, but I liked it. I ordered the 3 days cleaning by Chef V and was very disappointed. I started with the 2 days Pre Cleanse diet and was super excited to clean my first day of juices.
