Contribute FeedbackB Street stands out as a casual dining destination, known for its delightful bruschetta and inviting atmosphere. Diners rave about the various bruschetta options, praising unique offerings like prosciutto with figs and gorgonzola with honey. While some dishes, such as the BBQ chicken salad and artichoke soup, received mixed reviews for flavor and texture, the overall experience is enhanced by attentive service and live music on select nights. Guests appreciate the reasonable prices and cozy outdoor patio, making B Street a perfect spot for enjoyable meals and memorable gatherings with friends and family.
Wonderful place to enjoy great food. Love the bruschetta!! Coffee comes in a French press withsweet cream. So good! Both indoor and patio dining. Super servers. Parking on street or lot just ext door. Live music Friday evening. Highly recommend!
4 4.5 stars Wonderful spot in Downtown San Mateo offering bruschetta, salads, paninis and of course wine! I love the variety of bruschetta that includes many vegetarian options. Red and white sangria delicious. Staff friendly and checks up on their customers. Outdoor seating perfect on a beautiful day. Interior is a bit dark but not going to knock it…live music on certain nights Average p/p with drink, salad, bruschetta plate (pick 4) about $35/person incl t/tip
Was walking by after work in downtown San Mateo and saw they had happy hour and was the best decision to walk in! The service was attentive and they have a cute outdoor back patio. I got the wine flight which is 5 tasters for $25. They also have other drinks and food on the happy hour menu but I didn't want 4 bruschetta toasts so I got 2 a la carte which came around $5-6 each. My favorite was the prosciutto with dates and marscepone cheese. Highly recommend and will be back!
This is not a typical wine bar you 'd expect the lighting is not dimmed and the place is not small/intimate. Instead, it 's more like a casual restaurant. I think the ambience of the outdoor seating (set up with tents and bulb lights) is more of what people would typically look for so definitely ask for outdoor seating. More than their wine selection, definitely go for the food. They have a wide selection of bruschetta and it was an absolute pleasure tasting their creative mixture of flavors. Felt that price was reasonable.
Desert was delicious, the salad were great, some bruschettas were not to our taste.
