I've had a couple of bento and both times have come away underwhelmed. I think what was supposed to be chicken teriyaki wasn't grilled and was coated in a thick gluey sauce instead of a glaze. The namasu was overly squeezed and dry. The mochi was too soft and the anko had bits of undercooked bean. I had bought obento for my elderly parents and was embarrassed by how mazui it was!
