So sorry to say that the (V) Chickpea Potato Mixed Bowl was a total disappointment. Barely 2 tspoons of chickpea and potato and about 3 cups of brown rice. No broccoli or any of the other veggies mentioned. The balsamic sauce was grainy. Such a waste. read more.
