the worst customer service. late evening and there is a mix that will cancel my reservation instead of giving us the available room for our reservation price, they wanted to recharge us more! ends up looking for a room for $40 less than our reservation price on the beautiful crowne plaza. you could really learn some excellent customer service skills from them!
