always love the old city! it has been tradition for my friends and I, first to meet here, then later in their sister restaurant towada.
I was here five times now, and from this 5 times was only twice good and yesterday 3/11/2022 I have food poisoning from the dynamit rolls or the green.

"My meatball sub came out more like meatballs with a side of bread, sauce and condiments. And honestly, not bursting with flavor. However, I think the decor is really cool. And they have an awesome tap list. Ill be back to try another sandwich, but probably will go for a cold sub and a brew. They did have a nice variety of hearty salad choices."

"Coffee great. Customer service terrible! Employees talk behind counter for minutes, totally ignoring the line. When you finally get to the register, the associate was very rude, took the order, and never said thank you. Peet is rolling over in the grave????"

"First of all. I can't believe I have not stopped in here earlier in my life. How could I miss this GEM. This is my second time coming here after yesterday because I wanted to try their breakfast and egg salad sandwich. YUM! Yes the fat kid is strong within. Yesterday I was walking through mission on my way back from the tailors. I always past this place paying no mind thinking it's just another sandwich shop. But then I smelled this delicious aroma coming from there. I was like WTF smells good! Went in to check it out. I was impressed with the layout and products they have in there. It was so clean and organized. Then I realized it's an Italian delicatessen shop. No wonder why. I LOVE Italian food. I swear I feel like I was an Italian in my previous life. The people was so nice and great customer service. Grabbed me (2x) Mikey Jessica to go. Killed both in the same day. Now I am back to grab breakfast and lunch. What's great is the price. I pay like $12+ for Roxie down the street. Dont get me wrong Roxie is good. But a good big sandwich for less is Awesome in my book. Will be coming here more often. Highly recommended!"
