prime rib was one of the best we had. the server were attentive. stars are based on what happened after dinner. a service fee (swtsc chg) of 19.8% was added to the bill. there was no display on the menu, no signs / labels published. no disclosure when we made our reservation. well, maybe it's on the gratulation? we thought the swtsc chg went to happiness a little less than we usually give for good service, but okay,...
