What User likes about The Swingin' Door:
An absolute jewel of an irrigation hole in San Mateo. I and the absolute team go to cocktails, be it happy hour or late night to blow off steam after a busy day. The staff is amazing, the property is local and involved. Do not miss this place if you are looking for a great place to hang up. Oh, and the fish and chips are absolutely legit! Probably the best on the peninsula, and I don't exaggerate. View all feedback.

This place is super dingy and smells funny but I was told the food was really good or at least it used to be it also wasn't so dark and dingy before but new management or ownership is suspected.
