we were looking for sparkles in paso and came to vino vargas so glad that we did. pedro and vicki served us in their beautiful weingut. the sparkles were fabulous the best we had all week. the free cheese plate was the perfect pairing. so weingut used to tell owners/winners their stories and proudly showed their work. for white and red drinkers there was also a healthy choice to taste. our favorite stop of the week.
