stuart pontefract i took jet 2 holidays to court 07 01 2021 they were found guilty of dirt in our room and poole and the lack of bad maintenance to the air con ,it didnt work for 14 nights while we were there,i finished up in hospital with a bad chest infection, so beware ,all is not what you see on their website is different when you get there,,they have just taken off 126 bad reviews of this hotel ask youself why,,...
