We chanced upon La Chula because every other rooftop bar near Parroquia de San Miguel was packed with tourists trying to snag a good seat for the sunset and for a night view of the Parroquia. We stumbled onto La Chula within an hour of arriving in SMA. We were just looking for a quick drink and a bite to eat to get our bearings and we were happy with our choice.
