Great FreshGinger Margaritas.. Steamed Artichokes, Fish Tacos, grilled Octopus!. Friendly bartenders...ask them to "walk" you through some Mezcals...great way to learn about them...and if they do, take a taxi home.. be careful of the swinging doors on your way out! View all feedback.

Hoy llevé a mis padres y a la abuelita a este lugar. En otra ocasión lo visitamos y teníamos un buen sabor de boca. Tristemente el mesero que nos asignaron arruinó la visita. "At first glance the menu seemed a little all over the place. However, every single plate was divine, and we can say there's something for every person and palate. I'd go so far as to say it's the best food in San Miguel de Allende! EV ER EE THING was *chefs kiss* perfect. We came here on a whim to catch the drag show on Tuesday nights, had a few drinks and an appetizer, and were compelled to dive in. Do not be fooled into pretty rooftops, the city is filled with mediocrity disguised as ambiance. THIS IS THE PLACE! Wonderful staff, service, and shows as well. Treat yourself!"

"We were happy to wait for 25 minutes for a table at this popular San Miguel de Allende restaurant. We were seated on the covered rooftop close to the stairs and wait station, but somehow we were forgotten by the servers. Others were seated after us, by about ten minutes, and had their drink order taken and the bread bowl brought to their table. When the waiter was going to take the order at another table that had just sat down, we waved him over. He apologized, took our order, but again, others got their drinks, even ordering after us, and even got their meals. Not sure how we could be overlooked. But our drinks came, we requested the bread bowl, since again, we were forgotten, and our meals came just two minutes after our drinks. We ordered a Hibiscus (Jamaica) Mezcal Margarita and a Ginger Margarita. Our drinks were so good and a visual treat. Our meals were fantastic! The Montecristo, which is french toast with roasted pork was such a unique sandwich and not too sweet, with both cheese and mustard. A wonderful flavor blend. It was served with a couple of house made pickles and a small, fresh salad. Lovely presentation and the right size meal. The Sexy Mexican Breakfast Bowl spicy pork sausage bowl was very attractive and quite tasty. Hearty meal. Beautiful presentation. The views were lovely on a sunny day and the restaurant is charming. I'm sure the service is normally better as another four top that was seated twenty minutes after us finished up as we did. Not sure how you can miss the closest table. Please note that there are lots of stairs. No issue for us, but it might be for some. Two or three flights for dining rooms. Could've been a much higher rating. I'd still recommend it and hope for a better experience. Ours seemed to be the exception. 4.1 stars"
