You should avoid this Starbucks location until at least the end of October 2023. I had problems on two different visits: on Wednesday October 18th I ordered in the drive thru, and the wait was much longer than normal because the person taking the order kept getting it wrong I repeated my order 3 times before they entered it correctly on the screen; and then the drink I got was not what I ordered. Terrible service. So rude!Workers spent half the time chatting.Took 31 minutes for ONE drink.When you talk to the workers they hardly even look up at you. When we asked if they got the ticket for our drink after 25 minutes, she just replied with "still working on it... "We could tell the drink sat there for a while, half the frappe was already melted.
Drive thru HORRIBLE!!! IN LINE OVER 30 MINUTES BECAUSE STUCK BETWEEN CARS. ON TO OF THAT MY DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE AS WELL.
It wasn't even 9pm and they had already closed. I arrived at exactly 8:40 and they were already closed but they were still in there.
