The food and cocktails here remain among the best in Zipolite...and good prices. Unfortunately, the service is lousy. The waiter/waitress is annoyed by your existence, plops your order in front of you without a word, and then returns to conversations with her coworkers or to staring at her phone. "Truly beautiful location. Small hotel right on the beach. Wonderful hospitality and service. Food is excellent, with fresh unprocessed ingredients. Had some challenges with electricity outages and sleeping without AC was challenging in the August heat. Highly recommend visiting if you are looking for something peaceful and relaxing. Suggest you pack ample mosquito repellent!"
