Unfortunately, what started out as a pleasant experience, given the charming locale, turned out to be a disaterous evening. From the heavy, not fresh fried artichokes to a sweet and uninteresting pepperonata to an unappetizing soup, we were disallusiined and deeply offended. I have lived in Mugello for 30 years.
