"We have visited byblos for a few years, and without exaggerated, I can say that this is our favorite hotel. as soon as they dive into this place every day, they don't want to leave it. in the last three years we have tried unsuccessfully to visit verona or gardasee. every time we thought that we should do something different than just staying in the spatial areas, we discovered another piece of art that inspired us; another exciting corner in the magnificent garden of the hotel, which has called us to recover; another weeping we knew it would be difficult to find outside the hotel. it is something of an exciting and inspiring experience to be in byblos for a few days and feed their senses with the perfection they offer. not only the building and its design is an artwork, but also the incredible eating, friendly staff, knowledgeable and professional waiter and barkeeper should be admired as an artwork itself. this year byblos has undergone some changes in management and service team. because we are very concerned about this place, we were initially concerned that the change would lead to losing its unique character. nothing could be further from truth! the manager silvia and matteo, with whom we had the joy of speaking at the beginning of our stay, ensured that it was unforgettable. it is great to know that our beloved hotel is managed by people who care deeply about flowering this place. during our stay, each person we treated (and talked to us during our many talks) proved that they love their job. their recommendations and you know we were always surprised and made our days special. this is the magic of byblos not only will be served well for them, but if they listen well and are attentive to the beauty they have the opportunity to know and to let new experiences enrich them to their next journey. I will not mention the names of all people with whom we made friends during our stay to not leave, but if they read this, please know that they do a great work, we deeply admire it, and we cannot wait to meet them again. I have to mention the excellent kitchen of mattia bianchi. we were his massive fans before the restaurant got his first Michelin star, and he doesn't stop to surprise us. we eat in many excellent restaurants in london (and outside). Nevertheless, in our humble opinion, mattias kitchen is absolutely unique as byblos. dino facchini, along with a team of the best designers and his coworkers, has created something that can not simply be copied by others. byblos is a graceful combination of new and old, classic and modern, stylish and kitsch, a work of art that is enthusiastic and outraged and can be interpreted repeatedly on new ways. after so many years we still feel surprised by new things that we have not noticed before. when they ask me, this is the best way to spend their money, to be under beauty and excellent, which has the power to refine and deepen their taste, or to develop their appreciation of art in its many forms. I don't have any conse, since every problem we had during our stay was solved immediately. I can assure them that if they go there, they don't feel a hospitable, and if you have your eyes open, magie will happen. thank you, young, for the wonderful stay and for valiant placement with our barky dog. "As always; fantastic pizza. Just like the pizzas from here as the original restaurant. FOOD: Fantastic. Take all kinds and they were all great. Crunchy, soft, chewing,,,,,,,, everything was great and approved by five children. PREIS: They are above average (no $5 Margherita Pizza). But for me, they're worth the money. SERVICE: Great service. Spoke English good and very friendly. LOCATION: It is not easy, but feasible with Google Map. About 5min from the balcony of Julia. Fantastic, I'm back."
