I visit this restaurant location frequently and each time I am there, the location for picking up my baked goods changes. Sometimes it's by the bathroom and other times it's by the front door. Additionally, the employees who fill the orders are always laughing and talking negatively about coworkers who are not working with them during their shift. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Avoid eating at this restaurant. The general manager lacks quality control and has switched from using fresh bread to frozen bread. Their honesty is questionable. View all feedback.
App terrible regular disorders, said eating is sold out when it is not and says food is available when it is sold out to employees to talk to each other to customers who order online. there is a huge segregation between online orders and personal service
Great service and food. Not crowded and everyone was friendly.
Delish breads bought for Thanksgiving and sandwiches were tasty.
ZERO stars if I could.Ordered half sandwich, half salad, soup, drink and a Danish. Went to fill up Sierra mist with splash of pink tea, and three GNATS flew in my drink (or were already in the pink tea). Told the manager, got a new cup. Went home with to-go order and there was NO half sandwich. Drove all the back, they gave me a full sandwich, came home and THERE WAS A HAIR IN IT!The only other time I went to THIS Panera years ago, I got a mozzarella/tomato/basil sandwich and they gave me my sandwich, same thing went home, went all the way back because they forgot basil, just to have them tell me THEY WERE OUT!Never again. It's to bad because my boyfriend loves Panera. He said he will not be a customer of theirs any longer.
No complaints about the food. Just that the tables inside and eating area outside were really dirty. Food and stuff lying on the floor and tables were not cleaned. Flies outside were a nuisance.
