Nation's Giant Hamburgers - San Ramon

What User doesn't like about Nation's Giant Hamburgers:
The San Ramon location has great food but has many problems. Every couple orders they mess up on what was ordered and today on Mothers Day, they completely overlooked our order after 35 minutes of waiting. No apologies, just offered either a refund or making us another order which would have been another 15 minutes. We took the refund. View all feedback.
