The last few times I've been here, my large nutty bowl was only filled halfway. It tastes good but kind of a ripoff. Shouldn't it be packed? The young lady working was by herself with many people walking in and picking up online orders. My estimated 20 minute wait became an hour and ten minutes! Apparently, they aren't allowed to give a refund without the manager present. View all feedback.
