What Inès Azouz doesn't like about Crudo:
Keep your way! From the beginning we were served with the stale bread and when the dish arrived it was disbanding. Spaghetti vongoles raw, butter fat and hyper salted as if I had drank the water from the sea. Then the paella of my mother bathed in the water, mellow... alive the frozen!! Super friendly owners, delicious food with fresh ingredients for a very common price. In a quiet street heart of San Remo.
Did I eat some good spaghetti with seafood and drink a great prosecco????? Good and early for another night.
