We went to Altuna twice as it was so close to our hotel. The good was that we could get in on a busy saturday, the ambience, and the oysters (if a bit pricey). The great was the mushrooms and tuna which brought us back for a second night. The miss is the servers. They got frustrated as they got busy and were short for both visits. A spectacular site. I write the previous comments. stands out for an excellent quality of raw material and special care in the preparation of each dish. all this together with an impeccable service (congratulation to the girls in the room) make it one of my favorite sites in San Sebastian. I hope you can keep growing this site because it's worth it!
