Came in because we wanted to try the vaunted 'Secreto Iberico ' pork dish. Certainly glad we did. We had a beer and a wine then the another great Spanish lettuce/tomato/onion oil/vinegar dressing salad, then the fantastic 'Back Ribs ' without the bone caramelized, succulent, flavourful wow party in the mouth every bite.
