What User doesn't like about Cafe Los Portales:
I ate at Cafe Los Portales while I was in Tlaxcala for a six day visit during carnival. The first time I had fish that was okay. The second time I had cheese enchiladas in mole which seemed to upset my stomach afterwards. The prices are fair but I think there are better dining experiences in Tlaxcala. I probably wouldn't eat there again nor would I recommend it to my friends. View all feedback.
