"We have lunch in this little restaurant but very friendly this noon and are delighted by the reception of a good enthusiastic cook as by its wonderful dishes! The kitchen is not typical of the island, but the chicken and mushroom quiche and the house parmenter do not want anything to the big houses. all watered with a small local white wine (zanata blanco canario) and you are at the angels! If you pass through the gomera, do not hesitate for a moment to install on one of its tables."
