I and my partner ordered an eggplant cake, with basil and salty ricotta for appetizer. We found it very bitter, perhaps for eggplants or for the basil too cooked. then we ordered a slice of squids filled with pistachio (very good) and branzino rolls with shrimps that have disappointed us a lot. was dry, too cooked, without flavor. we told the director, who admitted he saw the dish too cooked, golden and dry and apolo...
