Copious! I had the 2-egg combo with Hickory Smoked Ham. My girl had the reuben. Leftovers.As their newspaper/menu explains, they started out in Mt. Shasta, California as a small mom pop’s diner. Now they’re up to 160 stores, mostly in the pacific and mountain states, expanding as far east as St. Charles, Missouri. Food is good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Have had wonderful breakfast there on a very busy morning, they must do better with lunch/dinner..We might have caught them on a off day as anyone whose worked service industry knows picking up the slack when one or more employees call out or management staff shifts sparsely can cause for shoddy service and food..This was a fail on all levels..Orders weren't taken correctly, food was mediocre.My microwaved bake potat...
