Go to the Safeway starbucks. Everytime ive had to come here because my store is out they make my drink wrong which put me in the hospital once due to my coconut milk allergy. I spoke to Amanda and she said she was going to refund me since it happened THREE TIMES! No refund has happened and today again they can't seem to make something simple correct. I went there at 6:45 pm and the employee told me they closed. They are suppose to be open till 7:00pm. The cashier at the Safeway was even surprised that they “closed” early.
It was good Kid-friendliness: They gave me a toy “I’m 23”

Absolutely no sense of urgency, very dissapointing.
Poor Customer Service. The heavier man that wears the cat mask is extremely aggressive and rude.
