The Delta - San Xavier

I am always in a search of a good birria and I found one in Tucson that is called a quesabirria burger -it's queso(cheese),birria but as a burger and not the traditional taco. Honestly..we ate here when they first opened and it was excellent! We took visitors last week and we were all disappointed! EVERYTHING was way too hot..as in spicy heat! Even the hush puppies were covered in hot tartar sauce instead of being served on the side as before, and it wasn't so spicy last time. Very disappointing this time.
