The Ying Li Restaurant is indeed not a bad choice, which is also seen by the previous guests with an average rating of 3.
Thanks Yelp for helping us find this little gem right on the border; it's now one of our new favorites when traveling back and forth to Rosarito.
This place is a neighborhood staple, if you live in the area and haven't had it, do yourself a favor and try it out.
