El Maguey - Sand Springs

The staff is friendly. Periodically dropping by making sure your dining experience is pleasant. Management also enjoys making an appearance. Polite and non intrusive. Just a short hello to introduce himself and ask you if your order is to your liking. Never felt rushed our food was on time. Definitely recommend dropping in to enjoy one of their many mixed drinks at the bar. Or relax in a comfortable atmosphere while dinning on great tasting well proportioned meal with family and friends. Reasonably priced. So your pocket leaves as satisfied as your appetite.

Hi T Town I tried El Maguey for the first time and believe it is a hidden gem, ranking as one of the best Mexican restaurants in the city. The staff are attentive and the food is excellent. I tried a new item on the menu (see pic) and was blown away with how good it was. I was even surprised that I ate it all at one sitting.

Good was so so. Had fish tacos which were good, but steak tacos and El maquey trio? Was not.

Most Mexican restaurants seem to be the same but this one was different on their food combinations. Very good flavor and I think it's worth driving from BA to Sand Springs to eat there. You have to try it to believe me.
