What Hector Chavez likes about Bojangles:
12 piece family meal was 42.36. It came with gigantic biscuits, huge pieces of perfectly fried chicken, family mashed potatoes gravy, large delicious fries, ranch style beans, and a half gallon of sweet tea. I would not get the Ranch Style beans again. I guess I need to be in the mood for those. But everything tasted really good. Did not wait long at all for freshy dropped chicken. I will return.
What Hasson Mayfield doesn't like about Bojangles:
Staff member Dorothy, very rude, unprofessional, poor customer service skills, I was vey uncomfortable the entire interaction she made me feel as if my business was not wanted as a paying customer I felt embarrassed and empty inside leaving the restaurant ashamed and offended! All of this because she has been having a bad day so I had to be the one she took her life frustrations out on. I truly hope she seeks therapy... View all feedback.
