I eat at THIS location at least a couple times each week. The staff, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, are Always tip top! Anyone saying otherwise can get a gluten-free “knuckle wrap” on me, jk but seriously. Great Place!We have team lunches here all the time too! They’re always accommodating us, even if it’s last minute. One of my favorite spots in all of VB. Thanks for making lunch fun and easy y’all. ?? View all feedback.

Something I found weird about my order this morning and this was the first time I saw this in any tropical smoothie that I've visited. I ordered a smoothie and as I was observing them making the smoothie, they had a container of water sitting on the counter scooping water into my smoothie! Is this a new thing? Makes me wonder how long that water uncovered been sitting there for. View all feedback.
Just left: Great customer service great smiles! My smoothie was made fast, almost as soon as I was done paying and very shorty after was my food.
Much better than it was years ago. Glad I came back.
What is that smell!?This location has a smell that I have never experienced in my life.Something is rancid or rotten. It’s unbelievable.

Very rude staff. At 6:51 PM on August 21, 2023 a female employee called my wife a liar on the phone and hung up on her.I called she refused to give me her name and then hung up on me too. All because of a poorly made product that was made incorrectly. Purchase it to go and did not open till we got home. Was told we should have tasted it before we left.
