"Long service. We waited for the main dish for more than an hour while the rest of the tables were all served (the guests came after us). "Three-course dinner. The cheese plate was not for me. The beef brisket was decent enough. The meat is stringy and it probably should be, but personally I like beef better. The corn leek was the best thing on that plate. There were a few potatoes. The crème burle was okay, but not a personal favourite. Would not order this myself again.
