What User doesn't like about Sandringham:
no reception after waiting for the arrival, only asked if we have booked, no hallo or follow me on their table etc. . no communication from waitress. drinks without words placed on the table. absoulty no effort from the waitress. when we looked around the restaurator, we pulled the short stroh, as all the other employees were happy, friendly and interacting with customers. we had planned to stay for dessert, but coul... I have a taste of my mother during the holiday in the opposite. we were greeted with a warm and happy reception and given a choice of seats. the service was excellent and the server answered all our asking. food was from this world with local ingredients. we will be back when the palast is open and in any case book a table in the restaurant again.
