We went here as part of the trick and treats deal with cedar point fall fest. At this station they had the cider, hot chocolate, cupcakes and next door the flatbreads. We didn't want to use up our punches on the card for cider so we were ready to just buy them. But almost $8 for apple cider...eep! I expected more like $5 each. The marshmallow flatbread thing looked like something my 9year old would make. So we didn't... View all feedback.

They don't serve custard anymore. They have a wide selection of beer.
Love the custard. It's pricy, but that's everything in the park. Decent portions, simple and sweet.

"Stopped in today w my family, for a birthday dinner for my step son. This was not our first visit. We’ve been there approx 4-5 times. We’ve been in before the pandemic, on busy weekend nights. We’ve now been in during the pandemic, on a not so busy night. let me say, we are MORE THAN pleased with our dinners!! EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!! ALWAYS freshly made. The meats are out of this world delicious and tender!! Literally the perfect amounts of sauces! Everything was absolutely wonderful! I would give this place a million thumbs up! Well worth using a Benny for my family of 5!! ???? i must say that other than the food being amazing, I LOVE how my little one was served before the rest of our food was done! It takes my three year old a little bit longer to eat, and she usually can’t sit still long enough to wait for her food. I can’t wait to take my family from out of town, out to dinner! I am also shocked at the cleanliness of the restaurant! Great job Derrick’s Diner!!! We WILL be back!! I also was sure to do a google review as well!!"

"Very good food and service. We sat outside toward Lake Erie which was awesome. Menu had nice choices and there is a bar too. Food was fresh and tasted great. My only complaint was the side of sweet potato being way to small of a portion. We thought we should have been served the entire sweet potato and not pieces of it cut up. This was a great place and I would definitely return."
