A note on professionalism. I ordered 2 coffees from Alta Java. As I brought out my credit card to pay (prior to receiving my coffee), the barista asked if I would like to add tip. I politely said, “no thank you.” The barista then looked blankly and said, “interesting choice.” To management I recommend you discuss lack of professionalism with your staff.
