The eggs benedict consists of two wafer-thin English muffins, a 1/2 thick slab of ham, two eggs, and a small swimming pool of hollandaise. Buried nowhere within this mass did I find anything tasty. Probably my mistake for ordering a menu item like this at a joint like this, and I imagine their biscuits and gravy are probably phenomenal. I won't be back to find out though.
