Hands down best sub shop I've eaten at and the vegan options are so good!! Best place in springfield to eat vegetarian or vegan. On multiple occasions Ethan was our server and I decided to leave a review because I've never been been treated so politely before. His customer service is top notch and he makes an amazing sub so thank you for treating your customers with kindness. View all feedback.

What Dean Moriarty doesn't like about Headwest Sub Stop:
Bread was stale, with the consistency of dry cake. Every bite made the sandwich crumble. Pretty disappointing, given the bread is the selling point here. The two guys running the counter were friendly enough, though. So you got that going for you, I guess. View all feedback.
